In 2008 his lifelike wax statue was installed in London's Madame Tussauds Museum and so in 2012 once again his another wax statue was installed in New York's Madame Tussauds Museum. Salman’s 50th Birthday is coming this year and I was remembering 14 years back when I met him briefly in few page 3 parties ( Oh he is a very down to earth MAN…A real Gem) so I thought today is the right time to explore, this Handsome man, Inside out. Salman has been through tough times throughout his life but the love of people around him, has given him strength to become one of the greatest entertainers, Bollywood has ever seen… He was the 1st Indian to be voted by People magazine in 2004 and this magazine voted him 7th “Most good looking man in the world”.
 
He was, in a way destined to be a legend…being a Son of a legend who wrote scripts of movies like “Sholey” and “Don”…Yes his dad is None other than Salim Khan…I am sure any father will be Proud to have Son like Salman.     I can wright stories about him and there is enough masala in his life to wright about, but as is customary we will stick to his diet and workout schedules which keeps him fit. I wonder how Salman manages to look 20 years younger than he is. His Height is 5′ 7.5″ and weighs around 75 kgs so his BMI comes out to be 25 which is in upper limit by health standards.
Salman has said this number of times “the last thing I would do is feed my body with unhealthy food and synthesized food”
Salman admits that at times he freaks out on his regular diet especially after a Blockbuster success!



According to his fitness experts his diet when he is not busy with an outdoor shoot is :
Early Morning:                      3 Egg whites and Amino acid tablets before exercise
Breakfast:                              After work out he takes a bowl of oats with cow’s milk and 3 egg whites.
Snack:                                    10 almonds and 1 glass of protein shakes.
Lunch:                                    2 bowls of Dal with 3 to 4 rotis, and green veggies preferably home made
Snack:                                    Protein shake and hand full of mixed nuts.
Dinner:                       100 to 150 grams grilled fish with 1 roti, 3 egg whites, and 1 big bowl of vegetable soup.
Before Bed:               Glasses of protein shake with whole milk


Exercise

Most of the time Salman loves to do his workouts in the morning. But sometimes because of his busy schedules, starts his workout as late as 2 am, wakes up his trainer in the middle of night and works out for at least 2 hours continuously!!!. His workout usually includes 1 hour of cardio followed by 1 hour of weight training. Khan does 2 body parts each time thus finishing with the whole cycle every 3rd day. 4th day he does any random exercise such as 500 hundred crunches, pull-ups and chin-ups. His trainers have told media about his crazy workouts, Salman has been doing extreme variations like 1,000 push-ups one day or goes for 2 to 3 hours of cycling or 2,000 sit-ups a day and that depends upon his preparations for specific roles or a song!!!
